Graphic summer design

The brighter the sun, the darker the shadows...oh, that sounds deep and profound! :)...patterns abounded the other day...in an alley window, stairs to the bus, and at the mall. Lovely.

I really like this house...it's up past 12th. I got brave enough to take some photos of it the other day. It was so beautiful as Luke and I took the long walk to Trader Joe's about 5 pm.

Euro jacket

Hey Ashlee, this is that new jacket I got (on sale!) that has those great side
 pockets...big enough to hold my camera for one thing. I also like that the sleeves unzip so there's no tight sleeve claustrophobia... and I love the snaps instead of buttons and the checked lining and edgy seaming. It's by lifetime collective!

Fountain figure

This figure is next to the fountain at the park.

Walking to Trader Joe's today:

We saw this photo of the park on a building that's boarded up. Then we noticed someone we recognized at the top! I zoomed way in and Luke offered up his head as a tripod, but it's blurry:

Yes, it appears to be moi there in the middle, sitting on the bench with dark glasses on.
